Deliveries
At the Natural Dog shop, we’d love to meet you and your furry friends, so why not click and collect on your way past? Situated on the main A735 between Stewarton and Kilmaurs, we’re easy to find. Simply select Click and Collect while shopping, and we’ll confirm when your order is ready to be collected. Same day collection can be accommodated – please just indicate that you’re in a hurry on the order form!
Delivery will be made on a 48 hours service by Courier / Royal Mail, however, please note that during bank holidays, weekends and busy periods, this may be extended.
Cost of standard delivery is £5.99 and free of charge for orders over £75.00
Please note that we are unable to offer delivery on collars, treat bags and beds.

At The Natural Dog Shop, we always want you and your dog to be absolutely delighted with what you’ve bought. If you do need to return something to us, please get in touch and let us know. We can only accept unused or unopened items and please be aware that you will be liable for the return shipping costs.
